The 4 Seasons Inn is located right alongside The Fall River. We have a spacious deck with large hot tub for any of our guests to use along with a lounging area that overlooks The Fall River as it meanders through our property. There is also a picnic and grilling area for guest use.

Have you ever wanted to try your hand at Fly Fishing, see our information under “FLY FISHING.” You can also fly fish for native rainbows and browns here on our property! Fly Fishing Guide Services for Rocky Mountain National Park, the Big Thompson River and other rivers and streams.

Studio Rooms 6 and 8 have private, outdoor jetted hot tubs available for your enjoyment.

Each and EVERY room is supplied with a microwave, refrigerator, fireplace, coffee maker with coffee, flat screen TV’s, cable, HBO, WIFI and 1 queen size bed for couples and adults only.

Relax alongside the Fall River that runs through our property. We have sitting areas to read, relax or dip your toes in the cold clear water of the river. You may even want to have a picnic or use the one of our properties Bar-B-Q grills. Elk, ground squirrels, chipmunks, raccoons, jays and other wildlife frequently scavenge for (or even beg for!) food as they hop in and around the rocks and grass lining the river banks.
