Rooms and Rates

• The 4 Seasons Inn will gradually lower our rates to the "OFF-PEAK" rates and gradually increase their rates to the "PEAK RATES".
  
  
• Some Holidays are EXCLUDED from our standard rates.
  
  
• Check in time is 2:00 PM
  
  
• Check out time is 10:00 AM
  
  Required Deposit — We require one night's lodging rate as a deposit to hold your room. Payment for rooms may be made via Cash, Money Order or Credit Card (VISA or Master Card)
  
  
• Cancellation Policy — We require 30 days cancellation notice to refund your FULL deposit with no cancellation fee. There is a $45.00 cancellation fee if you cancel within 30 days of your arrival. During the Peak Season, if you cancel within 2 weeks (14 days) of your arrival, you will be charged the first nights rate of your reserved room.
  
  
• If for ANY reason you decide to depart earlier than your reservation stated, NO REFUND(S)will be made.
  
  
• If you DO NOT SHOW or FAIL TO CANCEL your reservation, you will be charged the ENTIRE AMOUNT of your reservation.
  
  
• We prefer, and reserve the right to require, a 2 NIGHT MINIMUM stay for our units-- EXCLUDING our OFF-PEAK season.
