We require one night's rate as deposit to hold your room. Payment for rooms may be made via Cash, Money Order or Credit Card.

We require 30 days cancellation notice to refund your full deposit with no cancellation fee. There is a $30.00 cancellation fee if you cancel within 30 days of your arrival. During the Off Peak season, if you cancel within a week of your arrival, there is a $45 cancellation fee. During the Peak Season, if you cancel within a week of your arrival, you will be charged the first night rate of your reserved room. If a guest departs early after they have checked in, there will be no refund for the rest of their reserved stay. If a guest does not show or cancel their reservation, they will be charged the entire amount of their reservation. We prefer, and reserve the right to require, a 2 night minimum stay for our units.
